Week 11

High-Upside guys to stash before Thursday Night Football:

Will Shipley (4% owned) — Shipley just got 9 carries for 34 yards in garbage time last week. This rookie has decent draft capital (round 4, pick 127) and is a must stash if you’re the Saquon owner, otherwise you can add just for fun if you have room. If Saquon were to miss time, we don’t know the exact split between him and Gainwell, but Shipley should be the priority.

Luke McCaffrey (7% owned) — the WR2 spot is wide open in Washington and Luke has a chance to breakout in this exciting offense. He’s had some flashes with nice catches but the targets haven’t been there. He’s a rookie who went in the 3rd round this year (pick 100 overall), so he just needs more opportunities. His breakout game could be just around the corner.

Kenneth Gainwell (4% owned) — Gainwell is a boring stash but if you’re the Saquon owner, it’s the insurance you hate but have to pay for - especially if someone in your league already has Will Shipley. Gainwell is still listed as the second RB on the Eagles official depth chart and may get first crack to carry the load if Saquon were to miss any time.

After you drop the guys who busted, add one (or more) of these guys before the Sunday morning games:

Ja’Lynn Polk (9% owned) — it’s too soon to give up on the 37th overall pick. His ownership % is rock bottom and after a TD in Week 10, there’s a chance he gets more involved. The WR1 role in New England is still up for grabs.

Keaton Mitchell (10% owned) — he returned off IR in Week 10 and barely played (3% snaps). His explosiveness will continue to ramp up over these next few weeks and he will eventually return to the primary handcuff behind Derrick Henry.

Tre Tucker (10% owned) — he was involved early in the season, but the QB situation in Vegas is a mess. After Bowers, he’s one of their best players and it’s worth seeing how they use their speedy receiver after the bye week. Tucker is on the field for 90%+ of snaps.

MarShawn Lloyd (13% owned) — he’s been ruled out due to Appendicitis so you can put him in your IR spot temporarily as he should be back in Week 12 to reclaim the Green Bay RB2 role behind Josh Jacobs. In the meantime, Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks are worthwhile handcuffs to roster for this week just in case.

Jaylen Wright (15% owned) — people are dumping him after his miserable YPC, but his 5 carries to Mostert’s 0 signals a potential new RB2 in Miami as Achane’s new handcuff. Wright is a rookie who the Dolphins traded up to get in the 4th round, so they won’t give up on him this early and you shouldn’t either.

Elijah Moore (18% owned) — 27 targets for 17 receptions and 158 yards over the last 3 games since Jameis Winston took over center. Coming off a bye, it’s worth seeing who Winston’s favorite target is and if their connection has grown.

Blake Corum (21% owned) — still one of the top fantasy lottery tickets in the game. Has shown flashes with the small number of opportunities he’s been given and would no doubt be a league winner if Kyren Williams misses time.

Dontayvion Wicks (25% owned) — fantasy owners have slowly given up on Wicks and his ownership is falling off a cliff. With everyone healthy, his usage has been low (and still has not fixed his drop issues) but it’s worth seeing what he looks like after the bye week. The high potential receiver can still turn his season around.

If they bust, drop them to the waiver wire and add one (or more) of these guys before the Sunday afternoon games:

Devaughn Vele (5% owned) — Sean Payton gave the keys to a new RB1 last week so why not a new WR1? Payton loves the 26 year old rookie, and has increased his snap % the past 3 weeks. Coming off his first NFL touchdown in Week 10, it’s worth seeing if his role grows.

Isaac Guerendo (7% owned) — with CMC back to nearly full usage, his role has been reduced to next to nothing. But he proved he can handle the load and showed as much or even more explosiveness than Mason. Guerendo is still a great handcuff and dynasty hold.

JuJu Smith-Schuster (13% owned) — after missing the last month with a hamstring injury, JuJu returns this week. Before the bye, he exploded for 7 catches & 130 yards in Week 5. Mahomes loves slot receivers and even though they added Deandre Hopkins, it’s worth seeing if JuJu reclaims the Rashee Rice role.

Ray Davis (29% owned) — another explosive rookie who’s looked amazing when given the ball but is slowly being forgotten every week. Roster % is declining and he could turn into a league winner if James Cook misses time. It’s only going to continue getting harder to keep Davis off the field.

If they bust, drop them to the waiver wire and add one (or more) of these guys before Sunday Night Football:

Will Dissly (14% owned) — he led the team in targets and receptions last week and has one of the top remaining TE schedules. With Justin Herbert finally airing out the ball, this connection could continue to grow. 27 targets for 20 receptions over last 4 games, Dissly could be a sneaky Tight End play down the stretch.

Khalil Herbert (27% owned) — yes, last week was a major bust. After getting traded to Cincinnati at the deadline, he fumbled his first carry and didn’t see the field after. Ownership % went up and quickly declined. Now that Chase Brown is a workhorse, his handcuff becomes more valuable in such a powerful offense. Herbert is that guy.

Gus Edwards (30% owned) — Kimani Vidal busted as the JK Dobbins handcuff and Gus reclaimed it. Last week Vidal was a scratch and Gus was instantly propelled to 10 carries which he turned into 55 yards (5.5 YPC). Dobbins continues to prove all his injury critics wrong, but you’ll want Gus just in case.

If they bust, drop them to the waiver wire and add one (or more) of these guys before the Monday Night Football:

Jonathan Mingo (3% owned) — the Cowboys and Jerry Jones made a pathetic attempt to do something at WR at the deadline, so they went and got Mingo. He’s a sad add, but worth seeing what they do with him in this abysmal Cowboys offense. This may be the fastest add and drop you’ve ever made, but will keep the game entertaining for you.

Dameon Pierce (8% owned) — he practiced in full on Friday, and should be good to go for Monday. Thr Joe Mixon handcuff is quite valuable and everyone else has busted behind him. Pierce is still only 24 years old and looked solid in Week 6 when he rushed 8 times for 76 yards. Overall, his YPC in 2024 is strong, so he could turn into a valuable asset if Mixon were to miss time.

John Metchie (11% owned) — with Nico Collins still sidelined, Metchie broke out last week with 5 receptions for 74 yards and a touchdown. Nico is back this week and Tank seems healthy, so Metchie could be in rear view again, but it’s worth seeing how things shape out. Tank hasn’t ran away with his opportunities and the connection with Stroud seems off.

Also - Bye Week stashes to add before Monday Night Football:

Trey Benson (31% owned) — it’s mind boggling how this guy is still available in 70% of leagues. His rise to stardom has already begun and should continue even more after their bye week. RB 19 and 20 finishes in Weeks 9 & 10 - he will continue to eat into James Connor’s workload down the stretch.

Note: these are players to have fun picking up & dropping in Week 11, hoping they go to the moon. Do not drop a key player on your bench for them - only drop someone with no value or upside.
