The inplayLIVE community is a safe space for bettors to build relationships, ask questions, watch and enjoy games together, and wager on sports at the community's own risk.

We have created the following rules to protect new and existing members from solicitation and bullying, and to promote a positive & sustainable community of sports betting enthusiasts.

Your entrance into our server confirms you accept the following rules, as well as agree to inplayLIVE’s Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

Agreeing to the rules below and our Terms of Service ensures that you’re protected as a member. If anyone in the community is in breach of these rules or our Terms of Service, please alert us immediately at support@inplaylive.com

By using the inplayLIVE platform and by entering our server, you confirm and agree that:

1) You do not own, work with, or work for a sports betting or sports betting related organization.

2) You do not own or manage any sports betting groups, pages, servers or syndicates on any platforms.

3) You are not a handicapper, tipster, tout, or person(s) selling sports betting picks, services and/or related products.

4) You will not spam or self promote in this server or to the members of this server via any other methods. This includes the solicitation of any unrelated and related services, businesses or products.

5) You will not use the information and content made available on the inplayLIVE platform (including our Discord server) to (i) develop, organize, assist, sell picks through, or otherwise benefit commercially from, any other sports betting group, provider, page, organization, server or syndicate on any platform whatsoever, (ii) publish, distribute, or disseminate, whether for free or in exchange for a fee, any picks derived from any information or content made available through our platform, or (iii) otherwise engage in, directly or indirectly, any other activity that competes with the business of inplayLIVE.

6) You will not use offensive language, hate speech, or sexist / racist remarks. You will not bully other members. You will not behave with a negative attitude. You will treat the members of this server positively, with respect and decency. The use of offensive images, gifs, videos, etc. are prohibited.
